Kon-Sult Statement on COVID-19
Kon-Sult Incorporated has been advised by the Governor of the State of New Hampshire that we are deemed as an “Essential Business to manufacturing under the manufacturing provision of Exhibit A within the Governor’s Executive Order 17”. We will remain open for business under this order, and follow directives set up by both State and Government as well as the CDC.
What this means for our customers:
In Lab Calibration:
We will receive gages for both calibration and repair. All deliveries and pick-ups must be made to our front door (Main Entrance), where they will be met by our designated receiver. Once the delivery is made it will go into quarantine for a minimum of 24 hours depending on the contents and container. No one will be permitted past the front door and into the lab in order to ensure the safety of our employees.
We continue to maintain a safe distance between workers, as well as anti-bacterial hand and surface washing as suggested by the CDC.
On-Site Calibration:
We will still provide on-site calibration for essential customers who require it. Additional steps will be taken to ensure that we are entering a “safe location”. We will contact key personnel ahead of time to check on any additional requirements or restrictions for each on-site visit, as well as to answer any questions pertaining to our technicians before their arrival.
These are unchartered waters for most of us, and the unknown has put us on high alert. Our goal continues to be to serve our customers in a timely and safe manner, as well as to protect our valued employees during this pandemic. We appreciate your patience during this time and look forward to better days ahead.
Best Regards,
